At SuchOutdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and patio gear. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and assembly hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
